Innokin T18 V T18-II Review

It is great of testimony to Innokin as they continue to strive forward in their development of vaping kit, the T18 range ooze style, simplicity and it executes professionally.

I have heard from many a converted smoker who say they were recommended the Endura T18 as a gateway to a road that leads away from cigarette usage. And the feedback from regular vapers is that the T18 range from Innokin, is perfect for the beginner, but also convenient when out and about. The build is solid and it fits perfectly into a jacket pocket.

Technical Features

The battery capacity is good, the recent version of the T18 – the T18ii, has an improved battery capacity, now hitting 1300mAh instead of the previous 100mAh. Battery life is great for the average vaper and full charge doesn't take long to hit.

The vape tank has been updated in the T18ii and now comes with an adjustable airflow with a protective magnetic cap, this is great for keeping the drip tip nice and clear from debris.

The coils that work in the original T18 are also compatible with the T18ii, there are two types of coil and you should maintain the same coil type for the newer version. The type is dictated by the number of holes up the side of the coil. If there are 3 holes up the side, you will need the T18-E coils, for the 5 holed coils go for the T18 coils, not the E type.

The T18ii also offers power via three power modes – cool, medium, and warm. This will aid you in finding the perfectly desired hit you wish to take.

Usage Summary

Upon first inspection the vape is a quality device, with a metal, coloured body that shows no signs of looseness, or sloppy workmanship. The kit feels sturdy and is to transport with minimal leakage from the tank.

It is fired with a single button touch, with a battery capacity indicator visible along with power mode selection switches.

There are four air inlets with a black plastic airflow ring to control the flow. It operates smoothly and efficiently, giving various hit options instantly.

You fill the tank with e-liquid by removing the top cap, then add your juice as a top fill.

The kit arrives with full instructions, with tank and battery apart. The coil is ready to go so after charging add your juice and you’re ready to go.

Smokers

This is favoured by the cigarette smoker as an aid to get off the cigarettes as it gives a similar sensation. It is a MTL (Mouth to Lung) vaping kit, so the inhalation process is identical to that of smoking a cigarette. It is perfect for the beginner and opens the door to trying out various e-liquids and experimenting with the various nicotine salts available on the market.

Conclusion

Innokin are experts when it comes to the vape starter kit market and are clearly focusing efforts within it.

The T18ii offers an adjustable airflow and three power modes, a great step forward from the T18. It looks great and is straight-forward to operate. The power settings allow for changes in e-liquid usage, with high-power settings bringing the best out of nic salt juices. It has a good battery life and provides a similar hit to a normal cigarette.

The only negative comments we are seeing about this kit are regarding font size in the instructions and battery indicator visibility.
